Lying in bed in a children’s home, eleven-year-old Lu dreams of her mother, who, she says, is a famous stunt woman in Hollywood. But when Lu’s estranged mother finally comes to visit, she whisks her daughter away on a road trip to Poland that soon spirals out of control. Lu quickly sees that with her mother Karina, it’s all or nothing. Reality soon sets in, and they have to decide what they’re willing to do to remain together forever…
